Highlands Neighborhood Center- Birthday Parties

We've had several successful birthday parties at the Highlands Neighborhood Center (HNC). The Center works well for parties with kids of various ages. We usually rent the multi-purpose room to eat in (it's got a sink, counter area, and fridge) as well as the games room (it has a ping pong table, among other things) and the gym (basketballs and hula-hoops included) for kids to play. They've even got free tables and chairs for you to use, including "preschool tables " (same as regular tables but they're lower to the ground).
